Dr. Irna has almost 30 years experience in the healthcare industry, both within the public and private sectors. Having served in various capacities within the public healthcare system, dr. Irna joined the Indonesian Red Cross and developed successful primary healthcare projects in widening the reach of the organisation. Subsequently, she turned around a loss-making specialist clinic in Semanggi before joining SHLC where. She increased the turnover and profitability in developing the medical check-up and other ancillary services. Dr. Irna graduated from the Medical School at Atmajaya University and obtained her Masters in Hospital Administration from the University of Indonesia. She has also served as a member of the National Accreditation Body as a Surveyor from 2003 to 2007.
