dr. Andry – CEO Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village
Dr. Andry has more than 20 years of hospital management experience in the areas of strategic planning, business development, finance and budgeting, healthcare manpower, marketing and medical logistics. As the Chief Executive Officer of Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village, he successfully brought SHLV to world class healthcare standards when the hospital was awarded JCI Accreditation in 2007, and re-accreditation in 2010. Dr Andry is also active within healthcare associations such as the Hospital Promotion Ethics Development Team (Tim Penyusun Etika Promosi RS), The Indonesian Medical Association for Tangerang (Pengurus IDI Tangerang), Head of Indonesian Hospitals Association for Banten Province (Persatuan Rumah Sakit Seluruh Indonesia/PERSI cabang Banten), International Accreditation Division of National PERSI, and Indonesian Mediator Association Honourary Board (Dewan Kehormatam Asosiasi Mediator Indonesia). Dr Andry has a Medical degree, a Masters in Hospital Administration (Master Magister Management), a Masters in Health Law (Magister Hukum Kesehatan) and Doctorate of Law.

Dr. Ana has more than 20 years of experience in hospital management. Graduated from Faculty of Medicine Atmajaya University and obtained her Masters in Hospital Administration from the University of Indonesia, she began her career in Hospitals and Community Health Center. She joined SHLV in 1999 and assumed Head of Medical Affair & Ancillary Services Division in 2000. She has been working closely with dr. Andry to successfully bring SHLV to world class healthcare standards when the hospital was awarded JCI Accreditation and Re – Accreditation. Dr. Ana is a life-long learner who undergone extensive training such as Hospitals Management Training in Tzu Chi Hospitals Taiwan and Queensland University, Joint Commission International, Clinical Governance and Medico Legal Training, and Leadership Training in Haggai Institute of Hawai.
