Our highly regarded and well - known Fertility Centre of Excellence boasts of a success rate of 45%, considerably higher than the average success rate in Indonesia as well as in Singapore (only averaging 28%). Our Centre is committed to a team approach in assisted conception with highly qualified and experienced staff members providing infertility treatment options with holistic and personalised care. The team includes reproductive specialist, highly trained laboratory staff, fertility nurses and counsellors.

SHSB also acts as Siloam “Hub” Hospitals in fertility for our network of hospitals. Through our investment in real-time Tele-medicine capability and Tele-radiology through digital radiology, clinical information can be transferred through interactive audiovisual media to specialists in our Hub to provide consultations on a real time basis for diagnosis, treatment and sometimes procedures.

Based on the international best practice guidelines in relation to the American College of Emergency and also the Australasian College of Emergency, our Trauma RMOs, nursing and paramedical staff have been trained to handle heart attacks, strokes and traumas. Our ambulances are fully staffed with a Trauma RMO, nurse and paramedic and equipped with AED (Automatic External Defibrillator to stop life threatening cardiac arrhythmias and reestablish an effective rhythm) and emergency kit to handle all emergencies. In line with our strategy to equip our doctors with the latest and best medical equipment, SHSB introduced a state of the art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in 2006 to support our IVF Program, latest 64 Slice MSCT Scan and 1.5 Tesla MRI in 2008 to provide better diagnostic imaging facilities to serve patients better.

SHSB is now planning its next phase of development to accommodate the future needs of the market. A new 250 bed hospital will be built at the current location, featuring new facilities and services, additional major equipment upgrades and more staff.
