General
Before hospitalization :

Patients may register at the Inpatient Registration desk and must bring a
letter of referral from their referring doctor.

Choose a room category, then fill in and sign the Inpatient Registration form
for hospitalization in Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk.

Pay the down payment which is 10 x the daily room tariff.
-
For CCU and surgery, a down payment of 15 x the daily room tariff is required.
-
After the administration procedure is completed, the Front Desk Officer will
guide the patient to their room and bring any relevant documentation that is
required.

Visiting hours
Visiting hours for all classes is as follows:

Morning : 10.00 - 11.00
-
Evening : 16.30 - 18.30
-
Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit.
Visitation general conditions: Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk
provides the utmost care and comfort to all our patients and the following
general conditions are designed with the patient’s comfort in mind.

For Siloam Suite, Deluxe, and Standard VIP:

Each patient may only be accompanied (overnight) by 1 adult person only.

The accompanying person should arrive before 21.00 hours
-
The accompanying person must show the Waiting Card given by nurses in their
ward.

For Class 1, 2, and 3:
-
The patient is not allowed to be accompanied.
-
Visitors are not allowed to eat inside patient room.
-
Children (below 12 years old) may be accompanied by an adult.
-
For Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Critical Care Unit (CCU):
-
The patient is not allowed to be accompanied.
-
Visitors must wear special clothes and footwear provided by the hospital.
-
Only one person may enter the room during visiting hours.
-
Visitation outside normal visiting hours must be approved by the nurse
attending the ward.
Checkout Time
-
If the patient checks out from the hospital between 12.00 to 16.00 hours, then
they will be subject to an additional charge of half the daily room tariff.

If the patient checks out of the hospital after 18:00 hours, then they will be
subject to an additional charge of one full day room tariff.
