I. Visiting Hours

• Morning : 10.00 - 11.00
• Evening : 17.00 - 19.00

- Applied for all Class.
- After the above mentioned visiting hours, visiting is restricted.
- Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit without adult supervision.

II. Procedures during hospitalization

VIP

• Each patient may only be accompanied by one (1) person.
• The accompanying person/ accompanier should be an adult family member.
• The accompanying person should arrive before 21:00 hours.
• The accompanying person should be able to show the Waiting Card, given by nurses in their ward.
• A sofa bed may be used at night by one person only. In case of any damage to the sofa bed, an additional charge of Rp. 500.000 (five hundred thousand rupiah) will be lived.

Class 1, 2 and 3

• Patients may not be accompanied, however a patient in critical condition may be accompanied by one (1) person only. Female patients may only be accompanied by an adult female.
• Visitors are not allowed to eat inside patient room.
• Visitors are not allowed to sit/sleep in patient’s bed .
• For patients under 12 years old, they may be accompanied by an adult.

Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• ICU visiting hours Morning: 11.00 - 12.00 Evening: 17.00 - 18.00
• ICU Pa tients may not be accompanied.
• Only 1 person at-a-time is allowed in the ICU during visiting hours.
• Visiting hours outside the stipulated time must attain first receivefrom the nurse.
• Children below 12 years old are not allowed to visit ICU patients.

III. Important Rules for Accompanying Patients:

• Accompanying patients may NOT bring the following items into a patient’s room:
  - Electrical gadget
  - Sleeping bag
  - Food for patient from outside
• It is recommended for patients or the accompanying persons not to bring cash, jewelry or other valuable items. Siloam Hospitals is not responsible for any loss due to patient negligence.

Entertainment The entertainment system is remote-controlled to allow operation of the system from the comfort of your bed. Features include:
