Our new, upgraded Pharmacy is located on the lobby level opposite the main administration area and now includes Boston Health & Beauty products.

The Pharmacy Department of SHLV is supported by experienced staff who are available to serve you 24/7. We serve Inpatients and Outpatients with medications according to their medical needs. The types of medications available are Patent Medicines and Generic Medicines. These medicines are good quality and supplied by legal suppliers.

Our counter on the 2nd oor serves the Outpatients with prescribed and over-the-counter medicines, including commonly used health tools such as: gauze, plaster, hand gloves, thermometer, alcohol, etc.

The counter to serve Inpatients’ needs is located on the 1st oor. We also have sub-counters on each oor to provide the In Patients with quick service 24/7. An additional facility, for those who live in the Lippo Village, BSD, Gading Serpong, Villa Melati Mas areas, is our delivery service. Our delivery times are: 10.00am, 1.00pm, 3.00pm and 5.00pm.
