Upon your arrival, please register at the Front Reception which is located through the main foyer. Your room preference as indicated on your booking form will always be taken into consideration, but ultimately room allocation is based on availability. If it is necessary to allocate a shared room on admission, every effort will be made to accommodate your stated preference at the earliest opportunity.

After registering at Front Reception, reception staff will guide you to your room and explain the facilities before nursing staff outline your plan of care as indicated by your specialist.
