1. Candidates will undergo preliminary psychological evaluation and other competency-based tests.
2. Recruitment schedules will be updated on our social media accounts.
3. Phase I Interview
The next step is an interview by the HR and the hiring manager of our Hospital Unit. This is to get to know you on a more personal level, and assess the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude for the position
4. Phase II Interview
The last selection step is an interview with our HR and the hiring manager from Head Office. The interview may be conducted via phone call, Skype, or in person.
5. Reference Check
After passing the selection process, we will proceed with validating the data and information provided by our candidates before moving on to the next steps.
If you reach this stage, you will receive an offering with details of the position, the commencement dates, remuneration package, and other information.
7. Medical Check Up
Pre-employment medical check up will be conducted at the nearest Siloam unit as informed by our Talent team. This will be the final step prior to hiring.
