    Yes. You may ask our front office staff or the specialists to obtain the cost estimates prior to your medication. Please note that cost estimates may be different from the final charges.

    Currently, 23 Siloam Hospitals serve more than 2 million patients annually.
  • Is smoking permitted at the hospital area?
    To ensure a healthy environment for our patients, it is prohibited to smoke at the hospital area.
  • What amenities are provided in the room?
    The amenities provided vary by types of rooms and hospitals. However, in general, every room offers a mini fridge, television, telephone, patient pajama, blanket, toiletries and tissue. Please check with our business office representatives to find out the specific amenities in your room.
  • What are the methods of payment available at Siloam Hospitals?
    We currently accept cash and most major debit/credit cards. ATMs are available at all Siloam Hospitals.

    To ensure the safety and quality of the blood supply, we exclusively accept blood from the Indonesian Red Cross (IRC, Palang Merah Indonesia or PMI).

Patient Information

  • Do I need to make an appointment to see specialist?
    Yes. Arranging an appointment in advance is recommended to avoid long waiting time and ensure that the specialist you plan to visit is available. Please check the doctor schedule on Find Your Doctors and fill the Make an Appointment form. You may also call us directly to make an appointment, whichever more convenient. Alternatively, you could call our helpline at +62-1500 181 and speak with our customer care officers who will attend to your needs.
  • I do not speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia. How do I communicate with doctors?
    Most of our doctors are bilingual and can communicate in English. In addition, we provide Korean interpreters at Siloam Hospitals Lippo Village. You can also find Japanese specialists at J-Clinic located at MRCCC Siloam hospitals and Siloam Hospitals Cikarang.
  • What if my preferred doctor is not available?
    If your preferred doctor is not available, you can either choose to see another specialist at the hospital or schedule an appointment for your next visit. Please refer to the above question on how to arrange an appointment.
  • What items do I need to bring with me to Siloam Hospital?
    • Your health insurance card or policy (if any)
    • Referral forms from your physician (if required by your insurance carrier)
    • Your government-issued personal identification, including passport, residential identity card, or driver’s license.
    • Your medical records, X-rays, or prior test results (if requested)
  • What kinds of health insurance are accepted at Siloam Hospitals?

Visitor Information

  • Are children allowed to visit patients at Siloam Hospitals?
    Children are allowed to visit patients at Siloam Hospitals as long as accompanied by adults. In some areas where children are restricted to enter, exceptions may apply on a case-to-case basis. Please check with our hospital staff.
  • Are guest permitted to visit after hours?
    In most cases, guests are not permitted to visit after hours to ensure the health recovery of patients. However, exceptions are allowed in some cases.
  • Do you have a list of hotels near Siloam Hospital?
    We have provided a hotel listing for your convenience. Please select the Siloam Hospital you plan to visit prior to accessing the list. Please note that Siloam Hospitals are not connected to the hotels in any way. The accommodations listed are suggestions based on their proximity and not recommendations.
  • How can I contact a patient in the Intensive Care Unit?
    As phones are not provided for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), please contact the patient’s relatives to leave a message.
  • May I give flowers or gifts to a patient at Siloam Hospital?
    In general, yes. Gifts are allowed at all hospitals. However, flowers are not allowed for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Also, please contact the hospital to check whether the flowers or presents you bring may affect the health of our patients, as some patients may have allergic reactions to certain items.
  • What are the visiting hour?
    Please note that different Siloam Hospitals may have different visiting hours. Please select the hospital you plan to visit to access the visiting hour of each hospital.

Medical Records

  • How can I get a copy of my medical records for myself or to be sent to someone other than myself, such as a physician, attorney, insurance company or other people?
    Due to confidentiality issues, you must come in person to get a copy of your medical record. You can then send it to the designated person or entity.
  • How do I request for my medical information?
    You can request for your medical information from your doctors or the respective hospital’s medical record office.
  • What documents do I need to bring when I want to collect the medical report / insurance form / medical documents?

    You would need to bring the following documents:

    • Your government-issued ID such as passport, residential identity card, Indonesian Stay Permit (KITAS) or driver’s license
    • Your health insurance card (if any)
