To register as BPJS patient in Siloam Hospitals for the first time is by bringing:
1. Online referral letter.
2. BPJS card.
3. Copy of KTP
4. Copy of Kartu Keluarga.
5. Fill in the new patient form in the hospital’s front office
If you have received medical treatment from Siloam Hospitals before and want to follow up, you have to bring the document mentioned above along with explanation letter for follow up.

Radiology procedures have no age limit. (The only restriction is for X-Ray procedures which are restricted to pregnant women)
For emergency situation, our radiology department is open 24 hours.
For non-urgent situations, please contact our hospital directly for information regarding the radiology department operational hour.
Most of time, you can get your radiology results on the same day. However, it also depends on the radiology department operational hours of each hospital. If the results cannot get processed on the same day, you will be notified by our radiology department representative on when you can get the results.

It is an examination with aid of positive (+) or negative (-) contrast agent by letting the body intake the agent. In turn, the intake will help to aid the diagnosis of radiography examination.
The doctor's referral letter will provide the information of whether the patient will intake the positive (+) or negative (-) contrast agent
How long the X-Ray procedure takes place is based on type of procedure & how many positions are examined.
It is estimated to be around 15 minutes for each position examined.
How long the USG procedure takes place is based on type of procedure & how many positions are examined.
It is estimated to be around 20 minutes for each position examined.
How long the MRI procedure takes place is based on type of procedure & how many positions are examined.
It is estimated to be around 30 minutes for each position examined with a negative contrast agents, and around 1 hour for each position examined with a positive contrast agent.
