Thank you for choosing Siloam Hospitals.
We understand that you may have some questions about your visit. We have provided general information relating to the processes that may take place during pre-admission, admission, and upon discharge.
Pre-Admission
Your doctor or the clinic staff may have provided you with the basic information of what to prepare prior to your admission. To assist you better on your preparation, we have come up with a pre-admission guideline below for you to adhere to.
Admission Time
On the day of your admission, you may arrive at the hospital any time as advised by your specialist.
If your doctor has informed you that you will need blood on standby for surgery, you must check into the hospital before one day before your surgery date, or on Saturday before 11 am if your surgery has been scheduled for a Monday. This is important for blood grouping and cross-matching.
Where to Go
When you arrive at the hospital, you may proceed directly to the admission counter. Our admission representatives will help you with the selection process of your room.
If you are unsure where to go to when you arrive, you may also approach the Concierge at the main lobby to assist you.
