Membawa Kartu Identitas (KTP/KITAS/Paspor) dan menunjukkannya saat tiba di unit. / Bring ID card (KTP/KITAS/Passport/KITAP) and show it upon arrival.

Datang sesuai dengan tanggal dan waktu yang tertera pada email konfirmasi booking. / Arrive in MCU location according to the date and time stated in the appointment booking confirmation email.

Mengisi form informed consent yang telah disediakan oleh pihak RS (di lokasi pelaksanaan MCU). / Fill out informed consent form provided by the hospital staff (at the MCU location).

Mengisi pre-assessment form yang tersedia pada e-mail konfirmasi booking MCU sebelum kedatangan. / Complete pre-assessment form available in the MCU booking confirmation email prior arrival.

Puasa 10-12 jam disesuaikan dengan paket MCU yang diambil (harap konfirmasi dengan tim RS yang dituju). / Fasting for 10-12 hours is adjusted to the MCU package taken (please confirm with the hospital team you are going to).

Hindari mengkonsumsi alkohol dalam 48 jam sebelum pemeriksaan Kesehatan. / Please refrain from consuming alcohol for 48 hours prior to the medical examination.

Jika sedang mengkonsumsi obat penurun tekanan darah, dapat dilanjutkan sesuai dengan petunjuk Dokter Anda dan mohon diinformasikan ke perawat sebelum pemeriksaan. / If you are currently taking blood pressure-lowering medication, you may continue its use as prescribed by your physician, and kindly inform the nurse prior to the examination.

Jika Anda menggunakan kacamata, pastikan untuk membawanya dan harap tidak menggunakan lensa kontak pada saat pemeriksaan. / If you wear glasses, be sure to bring them with you and please avoid wearing contact lenses on the day of the appointment.

Harap beritahukan perawat bila Anda sedang mengkonsumsi obat-obatan. / Please inform the nurse if you are currently under any medication.

Cukup beristirahat, tidak beraktifitas fisik berat atau lembur sebelum melakukan Medical Check-Up. / Have enough rest, avoid heavy physical activities or working overtime before Medical Check-Up.

Sampel urine diambil dari air seni pancaran tengah. Harap membuang sedikit air seni awal keluar kemudian tampung dalam pot yang disediakan. / The urine sample should be collected from midstream urine. Please discard the initial flow of urine, then collect the sample in the provided container.

Untuk wanita, tidak sedang menstruasi dan telah selesai menstruasi minimal 5 hari. / For female patients, the test should be done when you are not menstruating, or at least 5 days after your menstruation has ended (clean).
