1. Patients must have a referral letter from the doctor to undergo a radiology examination.
2. Patients must be present at their selected hospital 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
3. Check in at the Radiology Front Desk by showing the payment confirmation email.
4. The transaction made via the Siloam Website/MySiloam is final and non-refundable.
5. Patients must inform the medical personnel of their medical history and current medications.
6. Patients must inform  the medical personnel of their breastfeeding and pregnancy status (currently pregnant, may be pregnant, or planning for pregnancy).
7. For examinations using contrast media, patients will be asked to:
a. Provide laboratory test results, which include kidney function tests (EGFR, BUN, and Creatinine) and thyroid function tests within the past 30 days.
b. Fast (abstain from foods) at least 4 hours before the procedure.
c. Sign the informed consent after receiving a comprehensive explanation from the doctor or medical personnel.
8. MRI examinations cannot be performed if:
a. Patients are using a pacemaker that is incompatible with MRI.
b. Patients are using a permanent (irremovable) hearing aid.
9. Patients with an MRI-compatible pacemaker need to contact the radiology department at their selected hospital to schedule a special appointment.
10. The estimated duration of the examination is 30-90 minutes.
11. Patients must follow all of the instructions from the medical personnel before, during, and after the procedure.
12. This price is only valid for patients with an Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
13. This price is only valid for purchase made from the website/application and for outpatient care.
14. The radiology result will be sent as a barcode printout or email per the hospital’s regulation.
15. The link to access the examination result is valid for up to 30 clicks or 180 days. If it has expired, reach out to the radiology staff through the contact listed in the examination result.
16. The images and report of the examination result cannot be downloaded.
17. To request another format of the examination result (printout / CD), contact the radiology staff. An additional charge applies for CDs.
